I absolutely love Hynt Beauty! They were one of the first brands I tried when switching over to Green Beauty. If you do any kind of research on top concealers in the green beauty world Hynt Beauty is definitely going to come up in your search. I started out with their amazing concealer, and from there I tried the Nocturne ¬†Mascara and one of their pressed eye shadows in Rosy Velvet, both of those are absolute favorites of mine. So when I saw Hynt Beauty on Hautelook, I went a tiny bit crazy, but I mean can you really blame me? This is definitely a Luxury Green Beauty line in my opinion, but the prices aren’t crazy at all. Brown Smokey Eye

I was inspired by Amber Dean on Instagram for this look, she did a super brown smokey eye the other day with some gorgeous lashes and I knew I had to try to recreate it, although I didn’t end up putting on any lashes! I love getting inspiration from makeup artists on Instagram and Youtube and then just finding similar colors that are non toxic and recreating them. I’m not usually a big fan of cool toned browns but I ended up loving the end result. But if you’ve been following me on Instagram you know my love for Hynt Beauty’s Rosy Velvet eye shadow, so I had to throw that in there to warm it up a little bit! Green Beauty Starter Kit

So I’ll give you the quick version of how I transitioned over to green beauty! After following¬†Organic Bunny for a while on Instagram I decided it was time for me to make the switch. I owned about 25 to 30 MAC lipsticks and just had an overall love for makeup. I figured it wasn’t the best idea to be putting a bunch of toxic ingredients on my face and body daily! I try to live a pretty healthy lifestyle all around, I eat mostly organic food and workout on a regular basis. So it was only natural that I eventually cleaned up my beauty routine.
