This palette retails for $58 and is cruelty free, vegan, and gluten free. This is my first product from her in years! I used to use the pressed foundation when I was in high school and loved it.

Sugar Spray For Beachy Waves

I know everyone is familiar with Salt Sprays for getting that sexy just got back from the beach look, but a product that I recently heard about was a Sugar Spray for achieving the same effect. Salt Sprays can be drying to your hair and sometimes give it that crunchy feeling, which I’m not the biggest fan of. Sugar Sprays on the other hand are moisturizing so they strengthen the hair and give it the same tousled look but with a touchable feel. Sugar Sprays are supposed to work best on medium to thick hair, so if your hair is pretty thin you may want to stick with a salt spray. I came across Dusty Girls on Instagram of course, the place where I discover most makeup brands. The packaging was the first thing that drew me in, because who doesn’t love cute packaging. Dusty Girls is an Australian based company that creates natural mineral makeup that is farmed by MooGoo Skin Care. I was nervous about crazy shipping costs since they are based in Australia but they have an option to choose US on the site and the shipping runs about $6.50 to California, so not too bad. Alright so into the products I picked up!

Green Beauty Starter Kit

So I’ll give you the quick version of how I transitioned over to green beauty! After following¬†Organic Bunny for a while on Instagram I decided it was time for me to make the switch. I owned about 25 to 30 MAC lipsticks and just had an overall love for makeup. I figured it wasn’t the best idea to be putting a bunch of toxic ingredients on my face and body daily! I try to live a pretty healthy lifestyle all around, I eat mostly organic food and workout on a regular basis. So it was only natural that I eventually cleaned up my beauty routine.
